What we solve
Reputation and Crisis
We work with high-profile individuals and organizations whose reputations are under pressure, as well as those who want to prevent it. We have a single objective: to restore the client's control over the narrative surrounding them.
Clients turn to this service in two types of situations. Either something has already happened, such as a publication, a leak, a lawsuit, a social media backlash, or an attack by competitors, or a critical decision lies ahead, requiring thorough preparation. In both cases, we start with facts rather than statements and work as a small team. We don’t take on cases we cannot move forward on, and we don’t promise results we cannot deliver.
Services
Reputation Audit
We establish a baseline: how the client appears in the media, search results, social media, and AI responses; what key audiences are saying; and how the client compares to competitors. The audit relies on data analysis, comparative analysis, and, in some cases, stakeholder interviews. The result is a map of risks, current issues, and opportunities, accompanied by an action plan.
Reputation Management
Continuous reputation management rather than a one-off campaign. This involves monitoring, message discipline, corrective content, stakeholder engagement, and, where necessary, positioning senior executives as experts. We build trust with key audiences before it is needed and address vulnerabilities before they escalate into problems.
Crisis Communications
Preparation and response. Pre-crisis: risk mapping, scenario planning, addressing challenges, drills, and spokesperson training, including exercises involving synthetic media and simulated leaks. During the crisis: round-the-clock support, rapid content creation, and media relations across multiple time zones. Post-crisis: debriefing and protocol updates. We work with organizations, companies, governments, and high-profile individuals.
Litigation and dispute communications
Courts resolve legal issues; public opinion determines the legacy of the ruling. We structure communications around litigation, regulatory investigations, corporate conflicts, and shareholder disputes to minimize reputational risks and losses for our clients. We work closely with the client’s legal team and within the constraints they set.
Disinformation and deepfake response
We identify coordinated information attacks, fake accounts, and synthetic audio and video; wherever possible, we determine their source and scale and formulate a response, ranging from documentation and engagement with platforms to adopting a public stance and working with the media. This practice is grounded in our own research into AI and information operations.
Search, Wikipedia, and AI answer presence
The first thing a journalist, investor, potential employer, or partner does is search for the client on Google, check Wikipedia, or ask ChatGPT a question. We review what they see and optimize it, ensuring Wikipedia articles are accurate and complete (in compliance with the platform’s guidelines), managing search engine results, and shaping how AI assistants describe the client.
If this is the kind of situation you are dealing with, the first conversation is confidential and with a senior member of the team.
